Returns

We want you to love everything you buy from Key & Griffin Games! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return physical items within 15 days of receiving them.

To qualify for a return, make sure your item is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging (including shrink wrap). Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy—you’ll need it.

To start a return, fill out our customer support form. Once we approve your return, we’ll send instructions along with a shipping label. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first—we can’t accept unauthorized returns.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on gift cards or items marked as final sale.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns once the files have been downloaded or accessed. If you have trouble accessing your download or if there’s an issue with the file, please contact us, and we’ll gladly assist you.

Refunds

After we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you once the refund is approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus shipping and handling costs. Please note, it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, simply return the one you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, incorrect, or significantly damaged, please contact us right away. Some minor cosmetic wear during shipping is expected, but if there's a major issue or error with your order, we’ll make sure to correct it promptly.
